2008:  Competed on the vault in four meets during the year ... recorded a season high of 9.625 at San Jose State.

Club Highlights: Three-time level 10 regional qualifier and member of the three-time state championship team ... earned the most improved gymnast award in 2004 in addition to being a level 9 regional qualifier that same year.

Personal: Parents are Mitchel and Paula Hollinger ... majoring in criminal justice with an emphasis in forensic science ... member of the National Honors Society and Spanish National Honors Society and academic letter winner at LCHS.

Coach Bauman on Hollinger:  “Laura did a great job as a back-up for us on beam and vault last year.  Her vault looks better this year and she has started to twist it.  However, she has been hampered by a back injury during our preseason training.”
