Berlin and Fronk Named to The Summit League All-Tournament Team

MACOMB, Ill. - Nov. 10 - Southern Utah women's soccer collected two more post season accolades as senior Erica Berlin and junior Kristen Fronk were named to The Summit League All-Tournament Team. The duo was honored following the completion of the tournament in which SUU suffered a heart breaking double-overtime loss in the opening round.

Berlin and Fronk each scored a goal in a 3-2 double-overtime loss to Oakland on Friday afternoon. Berlin's goal in the 47th minute tied the game and Fronk's 30-yard free kick put the Thunderbirds up 2-1 with 15 minutes remaining on the clock.

South Dakota State ultimately captured The Summit League conference title and will advance to the NCAA tournament because of its 1-0 victory over Oakland on Sunday afternoon.
