SUU softball Coach Julie Strand has had so much interest in the Thunderbirds' Winter Softball camp, scheduled for this Saturday, that she has had to close registration.

"We've had great interest in Saturday's camp, so much so that we have as many participants as we can handle," Strand said. "I've been getting tons of phone calls and have had to turn people down. We'll be holding more camps in the future though and want to encourage future campers to register early."
