SUU Women’s Soccer Futsal Fundraiser 2014

Games are scheduled to start in the late morning or early afternoon on Saturday and Sunday. All weekday games will begin at 4:00 p.m. or later. Cost is $25 for the general public with a discounted rate of $20 for all SUU students, faculty and staff.
The tournament is open to everyone 16 years or older. Participants must sign a waiver or have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian if they are under the age of 18. Rosters can range from 4-7 players. We ask that everyone register as an individual and to select their preferred division. All teams must designate a captain to provide a roster and other team information.
Full payment is required prior to participating in the event. Money can be brought to Assistant Coach Adam Farsi in MC 102. Checks can be made out to SUU Women's Soccer (please include current phone number on the check). Receipts will be made available at the time of payment and will be recorded with your registration.
All proceeds from the event will help to support the SUU Women's Soccer Team with travel needs for our Fall season. If you wish to participate, please contact Adam Farsi at 208.317.1841 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Trouble finding a team?
Look for one of the SUU Women's Soccer team members and request to be on their team. A registration will be available in the mall area at the Sharwan Smith February 18-27. Team registration ends on the 27th at 5:00 p.m. Individual walk-ups will continue to be accepted during the tournament.
