Thunderbird Men Swept at Eastern Washington

CHENEY, Wash. - Southern Utah University men's tennis suffered its 10th defeat of the season in a 7-0 loss at Eastern Washington on Wednesday. The Eagles moved to 7-10 overall and 3-3 in the Big Sky with the victory.

SUU sophomore Troy Benson captured the most games for the Thunderbirds, totaling seven, in a 6-4, 6-1 defeat at No. 1 singles and an 8-2 loss at No. 1 doubles with Blair Robbins.

Southern Utah will wrap up its 2014 road slate at Idaho State and Weber State this weekend.
