By SUU Strategic Communication
GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The Thunderbird men’s tennis team picked up the third win in the history of the program this weekend, as they knocked off Concordia-Moorhead as part of a doubleheader in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The other result was the Thunderbirds falling 4-0 to Big Sky opponent North Dakota.
“We didn’t show up against North Dakota and they took advantage of that on almost every court,” SUU head coach Sadhaf Pucher said. “As a young team we need to adapt to the environment better on away trips. I am very happy how we bounced back from a tough loss and took care of business against Concordia Moorhead. Really proud of how everyone responded after a tough loss.”
