Girls Individual Skills Camp - June 21 through June 24

“T-Birds Hoop Camp”

9am-8pm

Commuter Campers: $160 includes lunch & dinner

Overnight Campers: $275 includes housing, breakfast, lunch & dinner

This camp is for girls between the ages of 12-17 and is structured to concentrate on skills such as shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, rebound, cutting, screening etc.  More experienced campers will be drilled in more advanced techniques.  Campers will be divided into groups according to age and skill level.  Fundamentals of the game will be taught, demonstrated and drilled every day.  Campers can apply those skills during the week in 1-on-1, 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 team play.  Fundamentals are taught in a positive way.

Each camper will receive a t-shirt, a basketball and four great days of hoops!

“Little Birds Hoop Camp”

9am-12pm

Camp Price is $75

This camp is for boys and girls between the ages of 6-11 and is structured to concentrate on basic essential skills such as shooting, ball-handling, passing, defense, rebounding etc.  Campers will be divided into groups according to age and skill level.  Fundamentals of the game will be taught, demonstrated and drilled each day.  Campers can apply those skills during 1-on-1, 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 team play.  We believe in a positive approach to learning the fundamentals of basketball.

Each camper will receive a t-shirt, a basketball and four great days of hoops!

 

 

Girls Team Camp - June 28 through July 2

Camp will run Monday - Friday

Each camper will receive personalized instruction from the Southern Utah women's basketball coaching staff, current SUU players and area high school coaches. Emphasis will be placed on teaching and learning the fundamentals of the game. Camp will also feature 11 camp games, an all-star game, nightly contests, a two-minute tournament, cardiac situations and fun. Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt.

Coaches can receive three hours of college credit.
