LOGAN, Utah - Southern Utah senior Stacie Webb has been named Beam Specialist of the Week by the Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference, after scoring the first perfect 10.000 in the history of the Thunderbird gymnastics program.

She scored just the second 10.000 in the MRGC since its founding. No one else in the MRGC has scored a perfect mark on beam, as the only other 10.000 came from Boise State’s Ciera Perkins on vault in 2015.

Webb has earned the title of Beam Specialist twice this season. As a team the Thunderbirds have earned 14 total honors from the MRGC this season.

Full Release from the MRGC is Attached

The Thunderbirds will now turn their attention to the MRGC Championships, that will take place in Logan, Utah, on Saturday. The meet is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
