CEDAR CITY, Utah - Former Lady T-Bird Jessica Richardson has had a busy spring. Since playing her last game as a Thunderbird in February, Richardson has graduated from Southern Utah with a degree in Exercise Science and launched her professional basketball career abroad.

Back in April, Richardson joined La Liga Femenina de Básquetbol, a professional women's basketball league in Argentina, as a member of Hindu Club de Resistencia. The team has only played four games since the start of the season three weeks ago, but Richardson has already proved her worth, earning more minutes on the court and leading the team in rebounds in their last two games.

In four games, Richardson has hit double digits in rebounds twice, including her first professional double-double (14 points, 18 rebounds) last Sunday. The Kaysville, Utah native has also played a full 40 minutes in her last two starts, both coming on back-to-back days.

Hindu's next game will be on Friday May 19th at 9:00 p.m. local time (6:00 p.m. Mountain). All La Liga Femenina games are streamed live on their website and archived games can be found on their YouTube channel.
