Donation/Complimentary Ticket Request

SUU Athletics receives numerous requests for donations and complimentary tickets from various organizations and worthwhile causes. We strive to accommodate as many of these requests as possible. However, due to the high volume of inquiries that are received, it becomes necessary for anyone requesting tickets to submit this form for consideration. Please complete all applicable fields listed below, keeping in mind the following guidelines: 1. SUU cannot donate auction items/tickets to causes that directly or indirectly benefit a person in grades 9-12. 2. SUU cannot donate any team apparel, equipment or other items used by our student-athletes. 3. Requests MUST be made at least 2 weeks before the athletic event takes place. Tickets are subject to availability. 4. All requests will be reviewed by the SUU Athletics administrative staff and you will be contacted directly if your request is granted. Completion of this form does not guarantee that SUU Athletics will fulfill your request.
