Jeremy Fradin

Jeremy Fradin joined the Thunderbird family in September of 2016 as a part of the Southern Utah University athletics strength and conditioning team. Fradin serves as the assistant director of sports performance where he oversees athletic performance and nutrition for the Thunderbird football program, along with the women's softball team. 

Prior to SUU, Fradin worked for the Arizona Diamondbacks as a head strength and conditioning coach (Northwest League – Short-Season A) in Hillsboro, Oregon, and as a head athletic trainer (Pioneer League – Adv. Rookie) in Missoula, Montana. 

During his time with the Diamondbacks, Fradin was responsible for the preparation, health, and maintenance for all players along with evaluating and implementing daily soft tissue and manual maintenance programs. Responsible for the rehabilitation of players, Fradin evaluated numerous forms of athletic injuries in a real time setting while developing and implementing injury prevention and injury rehabilitation programs. Additionally, the Organization looked to Fradin to create in-season and off-season strength and conditioning regimens for their players.

Prior to the Diamondbacks, Fradin spent time at the University of Texas at Austin as a part-time assistant strength & conditioning coach while earning his Masters as he assisted in designing the men's tennis pre competition and off season regimens and was responsible for the long-term rehabilitation of Longhorn football players. 

Fradin earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2012 and received a Masters of Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Sport Science and Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. Fradin is also a certified athletic trainer (ATC), certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), active release technique provider (upper & lower extremity), sports performance coach (level I), and a postural restoration institution certificate (myo, pelvic, postural).
